Due to the nature of our items, all sales are FINAL. No canceling or altering an order once payment is complete. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns/exchanges at this time unless the issue is on us. If you have any issues with your order, please email us at hello@samrosehandmade.com. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order ships, Sam Rose is no longer responsible. We ensure your items arrive safely to USPS. If your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue.

MADE TO ORDER: 4-5 weeks unless stated differently

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle + lay flat to dry.
